Great facility, strong staff and team, lots of support. In my opinion aldo is the best striking coach in the state. Affordable compared to other gyms as well.

I have been training with Aldo at one hit mma for years. My kids have also trained here. He is top notch. Very knowledgable. I love this gym. I would highly recommend it to anybody.
