Absolute Power and Fitness is one of those gyms where you feel like youre part of a family the moment you walk in. The guys are fantastic and if youre a power lifter, this is the gym to glean tons of information from people who live it and lift it I consider them friends.

Great facility with fantastic equipment. Its always easy to get an amazing workout in the get after it type of environment this gym provides. And wether youre an incredibly experienced lifter or brand new to the game, the welcoming members make you feel comfortable right away.
