Lifetime is the best facility in the Valley. Costs more than others, but free classes and pretty much anything you need to stay in shape, top notch locker rooms plus Cafe and Spa and child care. Indoor and outdoor pools and family locker room as well.

This place is super great. Very clean. Plenty of friendly staff to help if needed. Pool areas were clean as well as the pools. I didnt get to get to the second floor much, but it a glance its just as nice as first floor. Dressing area has everything you need to walk out looking refreshed. I would love to be a member.

I didnt get to get to the second floor much, but it a glance its just as nice as first floor. Dressing area has everything you need to walk out looking refreshed. I would love to be a member.

Always clean, open most hours, they keep the equipment working. They seem to have activities for kids, and still have adults only areas hot tub, steam room, outdoor workout areas, etc as well, which is nice. Sure its x the price, but its x the gym compared to other gyms.

Cant say enough good things about this place. Gym is clean. Childcare is phenomenal my girls love going and ask everyday if we are going. Locker rooms are pristine. Pools are clean. Class instructors are amazing. Cafe is yummy and clean I havent been to the Spa yet, but its my plan to next
