Great gym. Good hours, very clean, everyone is very friendly. The artwork is amazing. Very nice looking gym. It has every bag you need to hit. One of the best boxing gyms I have been to on the West Coast.

I absolutely love this gym Im not one for big crowds and busy places, so this place is perfect Although it may be heavily advertised as a boxing gym, there are other classes that you can take as well The trainers are amazing and so friendly I would highly recommend this gym to anyone
