I offer two types of training plans Digital and Local. Choose local if youre located in the St. George, Utah, area Otherwise youll want to do the Digital Training route. Either way, youll get access to your VERY OWN personalized workout program based on your goals, nutritional strategies, and facetoface contact and support from a Certified Personal Trainer

Are you curious about Rec-it Fitness? This fitness chain is a popular choice among consumers, as its located in St. George, UT, United States. There are workouts designed for beginners as well as those with specific training goals. Rec-it Fitness does not promote unhealthy eating habits and you can get your individual diet information from your trainer. Guests with children should not be discouraged from joining Rec-it Fitness, as they may not be able to participate in these activities without the assistance of a parent or guardian.

A membership at a Rec-it Fitness facility allows members access to fitness equipment, special diet plans, induvial training, yoga (at some locations), etc. The monthly/yearly cost also includes unlimited use of all Rec-it Fitness facilities and gyms.

Early morning and late evening are the busiest time in Planet Fitness. Check online or call them at (801) 319-5006 for schedules, and decide which time is best for you.
