I had a pretty significant issue regarding my account and the manager whos name I didnt catch but has long dark hair was literally SO kind and helpful. I feel like she really went out of her way to try to fix the problem which I truly appreciate.

Too small and crowded. No good leg press. Impossible to get a full workout at am to am, which is unusual. Recommended only for people who need a place for cardio and very minimal strength training.

Clean facility, Equipment is in good working order all of the time with very minimal items out for service. The staff are friendly and the amenities for having a Blackcard membership make it an exceptional value

Its a very inclusive gym. The staff is very helpful. I dont get any gym anxiety going here. I highly recommend it. The only thing wrong is that they dont have any free weight bars which is fine since it goes against their motto. Overall .

Im giving stars because of the ridiculous summer promotion that PF is having. Letting teenagers work out for free during summer season its just absolutely terrible idea. We the members are paying to use the machines as we want and More

Maddie as well as the rest of the staff are very personable and friendly. The gym itself is clean and well equipped. Every now and then equipments break as they di in every gym, but they are fixed promptly. Overall great experience great workout at a great price.
