Great pools, gym and kids activities. They have active tracks fitness tracker, a rock wall in the interactive zone, that adults can also climb. Parents night out where they watch your kids. An indoor pool that is heated. An outdoor pool that is really nice. All around this is my favorite YMCA in the Hampton Roads area.

Ms. Naomi is hands down the best swim instructor around Our kids , , and yrs old love her. She pushes them to reach beyond their current abilities so that they are constantly challenged. They improve with every lesson with Ms. Naomi. She is the only reason we keep coming back to this YMCA location for swim lessons.

Usually they have disposable masks in the front, but when I visited this time, the clerk was adamant that they did not have any masks. I feel safer working out with a mask on in public, especially if there are a lot of people at the gym. Really disappointed this time around.
