Good gym overall, equipment is decent quality and its rare to need to wait to use equipment. It could be improved by adding an additional squat rack and bench press as currently there is only one of each. The deadlifting area and equipment are lackluster so that is another drawback as well.

Nice gym, clean and really like the owner. The place is pretty small as far as gyms go. This wasnt really an issue during my first few weeks, but once summer hit the weight room has been crowded with or more people even late at night. More

Clean, no wait time and the owner is extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. The machines are perfect and I wouldnt trade this gym for the world... If I could give Bodyworks We go as a family and we all love this place... We love the free weights

What i really like about this gym is the atmosphere. Its non competitive. You dont have to look like Barbie to work out here. Its got all the workout needs covered cardio, machines, free weights, classes, and sauna.
