Great place to learn, and very inviting. Harrisonburg finally has a true bjj academy for those fascinated with the art. The instruction is intense and detailed, while accommodating to an individuals skill level. Highly recommended

The head instructor is a blackbelt from a respected school in northern Va. Not just respected. Its exceptional. You want to learn a real martial art Come on. Youre gonna sweat, so forget about crossfit. Jiu Jitsu is an art. Its a lifestyle. Its gonna change you. And if you dont know what IT is yet then youre in luck.

This is a wonderfully inviting gym with a black belt instructor who really goes into depth with every technique and is an all around great guy. Jiu jitsu is a challenging discipline, but very rewarding. Coming here is always the highlight of my week. I highly recommend this academy
