The thing I love most are the people. Gentry and staff are helpful, kind, encouraging and professional. Having Gentry as my trainer has helped me shed pounds over the past few months. One of the best gyms Ive been to. They have all kinds of equipment and space for any type of workout. The staff is great and helpful. Pretty popular gym but it is never too crowded or short of equipmentweights, so Im always able to do the workout I plan on.

I use it as a secondary gym when the YMCA isnt open. YMCAs hours of operation sucks. Limited in equipment and space but its never busy when Im there and thats what I enjoy the most. Some of my next workouts have been here late night. stars , no issues
