Its a nice small gym, but some of the staff are just unpleasant, especially the woman that I see on the weekends, older, think her name is Donna, just miserable. Doesnt lead to much motivation when you walk in and are greeted , or not greeted by a miserable staff member.

Nice place but a lot of the staff there seem bored and dont really seem to care about their job. They have a good weight selection and cardio selection is good. The sauna in the mens locker room leaves a lot to be desired.

The cardio selection is excellent, but the free weight selection is lacking. There is a wide selection of Smith Machines, but very few machines to help isolate each muscle group. Its all what you make of it

This gym is always closed when its supposed to be open. Unreliable staff lets children run around in there. Only one bench in the whole gym and racks. Equipment is worn or broken
