We offer outdoor and indoor classes because we believe getting outside and enjoying nature is fundamental to your emotional and physical wellbeing. In addition to our group fitness classes, we offer Sports Conditioning to Middle School and High School students. We enjoy coaching athletes to learn the fundamentals of correct form for strength training, agility and explosiveness. Helping young athletes build confidence in their abilities on and off the field

Very motivational classes. Joann will always help you to adjust the exercises to best fit your level of ability. Have done Yoga, boot camp and body sculpting..enjoyed them all

Joann and all the fitness instructors at GRF are great and I love the sense of community I get when I come to work out. The barre above and body fusion classes are my favorite, but there is a such a great diversity that there is a class for everyone

Joanns hip and abs class is just what I need I have incredibly tight and sore hips due to being pigeontoed and I walk out of her class, each time, feeling more open and stretched that anything I ever try on my own. Joann is fun and knowledgeable and Im glad I found her and Grass Roots Fitness

Joann is a caring and diverse physical fitness instructor. She has created a wonderful community at Grass Roots Fitness of client and instructors that are also friends with one another. She is also very involved in community with Trails and Ales on Monday nights and Yoga on the Green in the summer

I love grass roots fitness. It motivates me to get up and out for am classes and not much can do that. The classes are always a great workout and there are exercise variations for all levels. The instructors are super they are upbeat and positive and my classmates are fun. Two thumbs for GRF.

I was never a morning person, but have been getting up for her body sculpting, boot camp and SHRED class every week. The women and men in the class all motivate each other.
