Went to the studio address that is posted online but they moved buildings. The address posted on the previous studio door isnt easy to find

The best yoga studio in the Chesterfield, Colonial Heights, Petersburg area. The teachers live yoga. A holistic approach to the ancient teachings of yoga. Hope is the best.

I was in town on business a few weeks ago and took a dropin class with Hope. She replied to my inquiries quickly, was warm, welcoming and an excellent instructor. The studio is quaint and the other clients friendly. I was so grateful to practice at Yoga One. Namaste.
