Great place to workout during the weekend. The court is new. The games are great. The gym has all of the necessary equipment to lift, cardio, or stretch.

This use to be a popular gym before COVID, its sad that the crowd is no longer there anymore, thanks COVID for ruining a great work out spot

Always smells like urine, I understand body odor or sweat. Machines have a stench of urine. The heads are pungent with urine. Please dont drink the water here. More

Its packed, gym is much smaller than the gyms on Norfolk naval stations, but they do have a sizeable basketball court and racquet ball courts. Plenty of carsio equipment only downside is that you can only use the main weightlifting room for mins max

Always friendly staff, plenty of equipment available and adherence to covid prevention. Ive never seen it too crowded that you couldnt get in and have a great workout.
