Great place to workout. Other members are focused on working out, but are still friendly with each other. Never a wait for a machine in the morning hours

Very small facility. Dated locker room. The pool area looked nice. The children that were there were having a blast. All the weight and cardio equipment is in one room which is very tight. Its probably functional for those that need that type of facility. For others. Its a little too cramped.

Recently moved away, but I really enjoyed working out at this location. Less crowded than others in the area and has everything you need for a good workout. However, I would be remiss if I didnt acknowledge the warm and helpful staff that made every interaction feel like I was family. Good place, great people
