At Full Potential, we offer private, semiprivate, and small group personal training as well as pilates and yoga classes. With our training, we mainly focus on individuals experiencing chronic pain, muscle imbalances, movement mobility issues, and post rehab as well as those seeking general physical conditioning, lifestyle therapies, improvement in ability to perform activities of daily living, and weight loss. With our classes, we create a small group training atmosphere at all times and offer classes for all fitness levels.
