I moved from Hampton to Portsmouth and I love this Planet fitness. Its biggerspacious, cleaner, more options, and has a better set up. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Stuck traveling for work and they want to charge me to cancel a membership, even though I am asking to be placed on a hold. Staff was your typical fake friendly and extremely unaccommodating. Also took my picture without permission. Highly recommend going with a local gym. They have a ton of hidden fees within their agreements.

Wish this gym was hrs. I specifically have a membership so that I may go to a gym NEAR MY HOUSE at anytime, no excuses. Whats the point in keeping this if I have to drive through tolls and waste gas when gas prices are so high May edit my review if I get a proper response
