I signed my son up for this class about months ago and I can definitely see a difference in his endurance and confidence. You cant beat one on one attention and attention to details, thats offered. I would highly recommend this school to everyone.

Ive put my son in this program, and hes been going for a year and a half, and hes learned a lot about MMA and self defense here. This was the best decision Ive ever made. Coach Rob is great and you should try out UGMMA.
