Ive been going off and on to Roanoke and Botetourt Carilion wellness Centers. I have love both of them. I think the ladies locker room especially at Roanoke is great. Showers always clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff which is so nice. I really have missed it being closed lately. Im looking forward to it opening.

Great facilities Ill always call it the RAC but very nice place to work out. What I see they follow all COVID safety procedures and I feel very safe there, even as a swimmer. New member but gonna be around for awhile

After my spine surgery, I found that the heated therapy pool is perfect for exercise and this keeps me feeling better. Less stiffness in the legs and back. Love love this place. hot showers and friendly professional workers

Very nice gym with good facilities. Mostly friendly, ambitious and helpful staff only marred by a few surley teenagers pretending to work. No Im not old and I actually like to see younger people employed. Excellent level of Covid responsibility.
