Absolutely love this gym nice clean space, great equipment, great focus on functional movement. Great for a first gym as there are always trainers available and staff is so friendly and knowledgeable.

I love this gym, it isnt like your big corporate gyms with the machines, and people hogging the weights. Here the people are warm, friendly, and helpful, plenty of weights and rigs. The staff knows you by name. Ive been going for over a year and a half, and have never had a negative experience. Awesome place.
