Well managed facility. Better people. No Olympic lift area. Weight room is well maintained but gets crowded quickly. Focus is on youth and aged groups. Recently started a boxing class to improve and maintain hand eye coordination for people suffering neurological disorders like Parkinsons. Did I mention good people there

Theres something for everyone here Regardless of your age or fitness level, theres so many options for everyone to enjoy The employees are super friendly and helpful, the place is clean as a whistle and the membership options are very affordable

Under covid pressures the Y has been able to reopen with exceptional care for the safety and wellbeing of guests. I especially appreciate the ability to schedule a lane for lap swimming.

Clean and wellequipped, great opportunities to maintain fitness. Exercise machines varied, pool at degrees and salt treated No eye burn. Saunas and steam too. Good recharge location.

They false advertise Told me my family could not be added on to a membership because I have to have a wife. Totally not for the people of the valleys families

This is a nice gym, weight room is well equipped and the basketball courts have a decent amount of open gym. But the hours are still limited and they close at pm during the week which is a joke. We arent in quarantine anymore so change your hours back, just seems lazy at this point.
