The gym is very clean and orderly. The training is very clear and concise. It is not a one size fits all school. The instructors take pride in the advancement of each student. I couldnt recommend it any enough.

Ill admit I was nervous about starting this at my age and the shape Im in but brian rose and everyone has been great. I also have my daughter enrolled and the values and respect thats tought is increditable. Everyone there helps you learn this great art.

Great place to train Very knowledgeable instructors and family friendly classes. They offer Filipino martial arts Arnis stick and knife fighting, boxing and Brazilian jiujitsu. A lil something for everyone

Excellent martial arts instruction for over guys like me and for elementaryaged children like my kids. The boxing instructors, formerly with Staunton Boxing Club, rope in decades of experience. The new affiliation with HYBRID in Roanoke also brings in a lot of fresh blackbelt instruction in Brazilian JiuJitsu.

Im in the Filipino martial arts class and the instructor is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable of his class. Ive met all the instructors. They all focus on teaching both self defense and fitness while keeping a a safe family oriented environment.

My kids have been taking jujitsu here for about a year and a half and I can do nothing but sign praises of how wonderful this place is, all of the instructors truly care about the kids and are wonderful with them Knowing my kids are learning to defend themselves if need be is comforting as a mom HIGHLY RECOMMEND
