I LOVE working out with Michael He tailors his work outs to my needs, never makes me feel weak or stupid, encourages me, pushes me, takes into consideration my injuries and modifies. He helps me with foodmeal plans

Mike has been working with our year old our summer. He has shown great improvement in his speed and agility. Mike has a great personality to work with kids and knows how to keep him motivated while not pushing to hard. From an adult perspective Mike is incredibly flexible and professional.

If youre used to giving at the gym, Micheal will very tactfully get you to in a way that still leaves you refreshed and envigorated at the end of a session. Heavy emphasis on building sustainable and clean excersise and diet habits that will last long after youre finished.
