The only thing I dont like is no good fans for running on the treadmill. It gets really hot this time of year. No blinds to help block the sun coming directly in the front windows.

Simple premise work out anytime of day or night, perfect execution. If youre in Suffolk and looking for a gym, Id highly recommend. No frills, just you and a gym. th star for great management.

There are people doing drugs in and around the gym. There are some members that harass other people Staff doesnt return phone calls or emails until you say you want to cancel then sends you to collections. I have Verizon phone records of all calls, and emails that I have printed to keep on file Run very far away from this place.
