I have been a member of this gym for the past few years since I have lived in the Hampton Roads area. It has a great selection of equipment, clean locker room and restroom facilities. and friendly and welcoming staff. I live minutes away and it is totally worth the drive.

Pretty good equipment lineup, big location. Theres a good enough variety and quantity of equipment that you canalways find somewhere to do an exercise if you get creative with varying the execution of it e.g. swapping in dumbbells. More

I enjoy working out at One Life Fitness. The instructors keep me engaged and make it fun. The facility is big and has something for everyone, whether you are working out on your own or taking a class. I also enjoy relaxing in their sauna andor hot tub after a good workout.

My husband and I love this gym. Its super clean, open, and not that busy when I like to go during lunch and In the mornings. Andrew at the front desk is super helpful and awesome so little so to him for being the best Best gym in Virginia Beach Check it.

This is one of my favorite locations. Considering the building exchanged hands so many times in the past, its done a decent job updating and covering everything you might need to get a great workout. The staff is friendly and helpful when needed. Sauna and other amenities are a plus. Check them out
