Overall its a pretty good facility, but they need to train the staff to be more polite. Theres an over zealous, middleaged, lifeguard who doesnt respect the rules of social distancing. She screams at the members and threatens to throw them out if they ask her not to stand so close.

Love the updated facilities Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty of folks there, but not overcrowded. My only suggestion would be to offer an evening Yoga class times a week.

I love, love, love the pool. I really enjoy the ease and no crowd of am. The locker room is always immaculate. Every staff member I have so much as glanced at has spoken. It is just a wonderful place that, as it happens, I can exercise in.

The district manager was very rude with my son. She brought up a bill that the ymca created when my account was on hold to him . We thought we were able to go to any ymca but were sold a package that only let us go to Westpoint ymca and had no idea . So much for their moto
