The Body Lab is a boutique Pilates studio in Burlington, Vermont offering private, semiprivate and group Pilates instruction days a week.We are redefining traditional Pilates classes with a modern spin on the workout that transforms your body.Our method is designed to increase strength and flexibility, build lean muscle and keep the body mobile. Each session is unique, complete with heartpumping music, a high energy atmosphere and detailed instruction. With a focus on power, precision, and control, Pilates will work every element of your physical and mental strength. We focus on strengthening all major muscle groups in addition to those smaller muscles that have a big impact on how your body tones and gains definition.

Are you curious about The Body Lab? This fitness chain is a popular choice among consumers, as its located in Burlington, VT, United States. Located in 41 Idx Dr #125, South Burlington, VT 05403, this The Body Lab is open six or seven days a week and you can check The Body Lab working hours from our operational hour table. The Body Lab offers strengthening, weight loss, cardio, etc, so members receive a full-body workout.

There are workouts designed for beginners as well as those with specific training goals. The Body Lab does not promote unhealthy eating habits and you can get your individual diet information from your trainer. Guests with children should not be discouraged from joining The Body Lab, as they may not be able to participate in these activities without the assistance of a parent or guardian.

A membership at a The Body Lab facility allows members access to fitness equipment, special diet plans, induvial training, yoga (at some locations), etc. The monthly/yearly cost also includes unlimited use of all The Body Lab facilities and gyms.

Highly recommend. I was in a work out slump and not convinced the reformer would be my thing, but I am SO glad I gave it a try. I really love the classes and Sydney is a phenomenal instructor.

I can not think of a better postpartum workout after having three kids. Sydney and her team at The Body Lab are super professional and will personalize your workout for exactly where youre at. I was new to the reformer and feel stronger now then before I had kids. Highly recommend
