People here are very friendly. Equipment is clean, and it had a nice local feel to it. I dont feel self conscious about comparing myself to others like I have at bigger gyms

I once went to a gym in Glendale Arizona that was , square feet with an olympic swimming pool, rock climbing wall, multiple full length basketball courts, sauna, steam room, and a locker room attendant. And one freakin squat More

One of those places you wish could stay a secret but also share with everyone because its so great. The gym is super clean, affordable and has pretty much everything you need to get an awesome workout in. It doesnt have a standard bench press setup..but there are plenty of alternatives.
