Employees are very helpful

I moved last year and have attempted phone calls, emails, facebook messaging and cannot get any response. This company refuses to stop taking payments for my membership after I have made EVERY ATTEMPT to cancel

The ease of access and amount of equipment is great. hours and a really good price. Heated in the winter, cool in the summer. Multiple bathrooms and workout areas

Displeased with the direction that this gym has gone Parking is almost always full which makes people park is designated tow away zones. The gym also sponsors some rec football team now and the players are constantly getting high in the parking lot before they have a team work out and clog up the gym.

Displeased with staffed hours. Staffed hours on their website are not whats posted at the location. I receive free gym membership on base so having my snap membership is no longer needed. I thought I could go to the Silverdale location of More

I have been a member of the gym for almost years, and prior to COVID the gym was awesome. Customer service, cleanliness and always stocked on supplies. But it has gone downhill since new management, hardly has cleaning supplies and More

I have been attempting to cancel my account here for the past months and have been blatantly ignored. They continue to charge me and will not respond to emails and, of course, no one is ever there to answer the phone.

Went there on a guest pass and holy st I am lucky to have dodged this bullet. Half the equipment doesnt work. The only thing I would have wanted was working equipment. All the photos attached are the non working equipment. Please see for yourself.
