Great machine and free weight options. Staff is awesome. Personal training available. They keep all the machines in great working order and rotate new ones in. Kids care option is great also. Stairs are a great way to keep the heart rate up in between sets.

Extremely clean. Friendliest staff I have ever experienced at a gym. Kids care is a plus. Staff is always willing to help with anything you need. They have personal trainers, aerobics classes, tanning, kids care and a hour option Check out this gym guys

I love my gym The staff is nice and they take good care of the equipment. I always tell my friends about it because I highly recommend this gym if you are looking for a nice clean place that offers lots of different ways to exercise The classes come along with the membership which can really come in handy as well.

They want too much money for TOO little Amenities, listen people, I have ran Bally total Fitness, LA Fitness, Golds gym. We could charge this rate because we had state of the art equipment, indoor Tracks, Basketball, Racket ball courts, More

Has everything you could ask for in a gym. Standard squat racks, cable machines, wide range of dumbbells and even a heavy bag. Locker room is small but adequate and they have a studio for group classes free with standard membership, though I have not been to any. All in all, its the best gym in the area.

The staff and welcoming nice, and really good about making sure machines are wiped down after they are used and although its a smaller gym it may look super crowded in the parkinglot there are enough machinesequipment to get in a good workout. Oh yeah theyre affordable
