Very good place. Definitely not overcrowded. I came from chico state and the gym they have here feels very similar and also welcoming. Definitely a fan of the second floor cardio so people cant see you sweating like a mad man.

I love the coaches here at soundview, they made me feel welcome and not feel weird about not being as in shape as some of the others. The classes are great and the fact that they are pretty much everyday,many classes a day fits my schedule

My wife and I have been members for or years and we love this community. The gym has continued to improve throughout that time and were excited to be part of it as it grows. The owners and coaches clearly care deeply about this gym and community the new facility is awesome but they and the members are what make it great
