The gym owner, Lee, is a sweet, nononsense guy who created a fantastic, nononsense place to train. The community here is wonderful and supportive.

I travel alot for work....been all over the US....by far tbe best and most motivating gym i have been to.....reminds me of the dungeons we used to train in tbe s and early s. Rehabing about months of laziness....this place as reignited my passion and motivation

This is a top notch gym that focused on power lifting and strong man training. It is no nonsense, but has a very supportive atmosphere. More than enough equipment. The owners, Lee and Neal, are wonderful and create an atmosphere where people welcomed and encouraged to better themselves.
