Good combination of machine and free weights with adequate choices for all muscle groups for all round fitness and strength.. Huge space with enough separation. Im here to get some shape and feel good. Been just w but its all good stuff so far

It is very disappointing that they have not changed their name yet. A few months ago, they promised to extend their hours at least till PM starting January , but it didnt happen. More

yall, do NOT even think about going during the daytime unless you want to wait around for mins for any type of machine to open up. I love the staff here though, and they have suchhhh a nice pool and spa. THANK YOU FOR BEING HOURS AGAIN
