Friendly and helpful staff. Good facility. Easy access during day or night. Machines are always operational and free weights available. Finally, its clean. I would recommend them if you are considering a gym.

The gym is not bad . Its small and can use a little TLC its a little worn down but it is clean.Never seems to be staff here. My star comes from my signing up experiance which honestly was the most frustrating thing ive experienced in a long time.

Too bad they dont do day passes anymore but when I was here a few years ago for work I used to workout there after work they were always great just enough workout machines and weight maybe next time

I can get CBD here now This is very cool since I use the muscle rubs and creams before my workouts. I also use the tinctures before bedtime. I appreciate that this is a higherend and FEDERALLY legal brand as well. Not the stuff at dispensaries.
