Supernova Barbell is a Strength Training facility located in Kelso, WA on the historic downtown strip. We are the leading provider of quality Strength Coaching in this area, looking to create a stronger community full of healthy people. A membership at a Supernova Barbell facility allows members access to fitness equipment, special diet plans, induvial training, yoga (at some locations), etc. The monthly/yearly cost also includes unlimited use of all Supernova Barbell facilities and gyms.
