I trained with Ca before he opened his own gym. He is such a great trainermotivator. He will go out his way to make sure you are comfortable with your workout while pushing you at the same time. Ca Do makes classes challenging and fun. Every class, I learn something new not only a workout, but about myself. I can come to class, not matter the week I had, and I show up and can totally be myself. He meets us at whatever fitness level we are, and pushes us just enough to really feel the burn.
