This gym is great Highly recommend anyone to come and join Shane and his amazing staff. They will make you feel welcomed and the atmosphere at the gym is what you need to stay motivated while working out. Great for beginners too the coaches take the time to teach the proper form. Overall an amazing gym to attend.

I dropped in twice during my stay with friends in Lake Stevens and had a blast and a hell of a workout. First day enjoyed a conditioning class with more entry level movements and the second day attended a crossfit class. KC is a great coach with a sweet space. Would be a member if I lived here.
