This is a great place to get a workout in without crowds of people and waiting for equipment to become open. There are no gym bunnies and grunting meat heads so you can workout with confidence. The equipment selection is good for a small gym and the employees are fantastic

The gym is good. Guy at the front is always ready to answer any questions you may have and is super friendly. The workouts for me have been great. Its so close to where I live even. Glad to be able to use a gym again too.

The gym is well equipped but with old to ancient machines. They all appear to at least be functional. The facilities are clean. Staff is friendly. Not crowded. As of there are no classes yet. Membership is yr with no joining fee. Classes included.
