I just have to say that Kathleen at the front desk was excellent in her customer service to me. She signed me up with a new membership with minutes of me walking in to renew. Her knowledge of my insurance company b.s. was unmatched. She is a badass woman. Great hire. Keep up the great work and love your pool.

Great gym great costumer service the only thing that bothers me is the sauna and steam room close early now its completely closed thats one of my reason why I switched gym I wish you guys change that to hours

Ive been coming here for five years and have had great experiences up until this year. Beware of the extremely rude fitness manager KEN. I dont know how they have this man call himself a manager when he doesnt even know how to approach members respectfully. He was rude and very confrontational.

Its clean, very well spaced out gym. Basketball court is the best Ive seen outside of Alderwood hour fitness. Staff is awesome

I really enjoyed the workouts there, I loved the fact that I could go workout at am. I had to cancel because I lost my job. Liked the swimming pool area, basketball court and the staff. Miss that place
