Its a great full body toning workout. Id rather concentrate on muscle fitigue moves and save my cardio workouts for off days. Barre gives me just this. Im and strong, thanks to all my Barretenders who inspire me every class

It was more than I expected just had first class. A challenging Pilates style workout. I thought it would have more ballet barre specific exercises, but actually the exercises encompass more strength building and toning that can benefit More
