I love this place It has gotten a huge face lift over the last month with tons of new equipment showing up. It is the gym for any athlete. If you cant train here, Id be amazed. my home away from home.

Thy Hybrid experience is truly life changing for me and for most of my new friends who went through the full hybrid exercise meal plan programs. Definitely different better in my opinion than joining a big box gym or crossfit.

I love working out at Hybrid. They are focused on classes rather than just having people come in and work out alone. I work out with a personal trainer who really knows what he is doing, and he gears the workout for my needs. I highly recommend Hybrid Fitness.
