This place has changed immensely under new ownership. Very helpful staff, and the gym is clean now and they have added new machines and cardio equipment. If you ask a question to staff you will get a helpful answer and a smile. Dont shy away from this place because of the past, give it another shot you will be surprised.

This gym is WAAY too hot..they hardly run the AC...instead they have fans on just blowing around hot air..Im all for sweating but this is just so uncomfortable..couldnt even focus on my workout. More

This place is like home. I feel extremely comfortable there. Plus, the atmosphere is incredibly motivating. I get so excited to work out The staff is wonderful and the people there are so nice and understanding I highly recommend this gym for anyone that wants to become a BA and have a great experience at the gym.
