My favorite gym in the area, go here for every workout. Has everything I need, nice to see as many regulars as myself and staff is full of easy going but knowledgeable, helpful people. Also love the setup of equipment. Spread out rather than being in just one open area

Had a great st. Day. Checked out different equipment and different offerings in the facility. Felt comfortable. I believe this will be a great place for my husband and I to get fit. Thank you. My favorite of the day was the massage chair. Very therapeutic

The gym is bigger than it looks, they have a lot of new equipment I havent seen at other gyms, open , and easy accessclose parking. Prices seem very fair too. I did a month commitment for about . They have bathrooms in the More

Massage chairs are a nice new addition. It gets a little crowded sometimes. From maybe am till maybe pm it can be fairly crowded. It can be frustrating. But I have tried other gyms and I do feel like this one is the better one in this area. Everyone is seemingly fairly cool being customers and staff alike

Clean. Many different options. . Showers and tanning. Good location

The new owner here is doing an awesome job. This location is clean, tons of equipment theyve even expanded a whole section in the last year and have put in some really cool stuff. Been a member with AF for years, but over the last couple, super glad this is my home gym now.
