Gyms like this are scarce in Wisconsin let alone everywhere. Tons of variety equipment wise. Sweet gym gear and drinks as well as the owners are very hospitable. Definitely better than a chain gym and the atmosphere speaks for itself.

John and Karen run a fantastic place A traditional meat head gym this is not. The equipment is wellmaintained. Gym rats and beginners can all feel comfortable here.

Amazing equipment selection, Great atmosphere to train hard. A lot of unique pieces in this gym that I havent seen before. Absolutely loved training here and cant wait to go back.

Certainly a great place for workouts. Great equipment and weights for the strongest athletes, bodybuilders, and fitness enthusiasts. But also not intimidating for average person in my opinion. The owners are generous, kind, and friendly.
