I moved to the area about a year ago and started working out here about a couple month ago. I wish I gave it a chance earlier. This is a great place to workout at with an awesome community and a pretty rad owner. This CrossFit gym has to be the best in the area

Best coaching and community in the Oak Creek area. Alex works closely with each member knowing that every person is unique and at a different place in their fitness journey. Absolutely love my gym

I love the community at Unity Fitness and Training. The members are very welcoming and encourage each other to hit that new PR or to finish a workout. Alex has great programming and helps members scale movements as needed. He also provides nutritional help which was something I was struggling with. I wouldnt go anywhere else
