I help individuals learn to how to sustain weight loss and improved strength by learning healthy lifestyle change habits that can applied for their entire life. I work mainly with clients looking to lose lbs, or looking to be leaner and stronger or simply get in better shape Along with my one on one personal training, small group training and online training I provide extensive nutritional guidance.
