This gym is the Mecca of anyone whom is serious about lifting. You want to build big, get swole, tone up or get crazy ripped, this is where you come to make it happen and build those gainz.

Absolutely amazing gym. I knew instantly walking through the door that this gym was for me. Gym community is extremely welcoming of which you dont find at many gyms. James the owner puts over into this gym and the effort shows. Cant recommend this gym enough

I came to this gym in January of after leaving a military community. Moving up to the Milwaukee I didnt feel like I had a lot of camaraderie until I found Total Flex Gym. James is the prime example of how a business owner should be. More

Very nice facility. Awesome people, the owner always has open ears. I highly recommend it for someone who is looking for a gym that is focused on lifting. People are almost always around to give you a spot or some advice if you ask.

Cant say enough good things about this gym. The environment is great, and the owner is constantly trying to better the indoor and outdoor lifting area. Ive never been attached to a gym before until I started going here. Been a member for over a year and havent missed any other gyms since joining
