Open hours. The owner trains you on proper technique for each machine. Also, schedules a fitness plan for you. For the results you are training for.

Owners a P.O.S and very disrespectful to his customers and trainers. People want to work out to better themselves, not be put down and treated like crap for not being at his level. Highly recommend skipping this gym.

Beyond Muscle is a joke. Owner Al has anger issues and throws tantrums equivalent to a child. I wouldnt recommend anyone doing business with him, its just a matter of time before he snaps on you for literally nothing. Its not just me More
