The owner is extremely accommodating. The gym has the widest selection of both machines and weights. I feel very safe working out at this gym. Both women and men work out there. Its not overcrowded, so you will be able to go in and workout anytime.

One of the best gyms Ive been to. The people there are awesome and the owners truly care about their members. Very organized gym and all the equipment you could ever need. If youre intimidated or dont know where to start then you should definitely give this gym your business.

LA East in beckley is exactly how a Gym should be ran. Great equipment kept clean and uncluttered. Friendly owners that make you feel welcomed and helped if ever needed. And the members are all friendly and helpful. Never had an issue
