Im a business traveler and a runner with an injured knee. I needed a challenging workout that I could do with my torn meniscus. I came to Zenergy and had a fabulous workout with Meg. High energy, positive support and great music. Meg and Casey at the desk were so friendly. Forget the hotel gyms Im coming here every day Im in town.

The powerful positive energy of the instructor was wonderful. The class kicked my backside but it was REALLY FUN nonetheless. It was my first time spinning and its way different than road cycling but again it was a blast. Highly recommend
